This is a beautiful property that has several crop fields and a valley that runs to the wooded hills. I saw lots of deer trails and sign The landowner has recently marked the whole perimeter with blue and yellow flagging tape.. Should be great deer and turkey hunting. The property has a good ATV trail system (old logging roads). One ravine is pretty steep where valley comes into the hills.Some of the trails do have trees across that will need to be removed for easy access. The property also has a small pond on it. This property has some nice bottom lands and wooded hill sides. The south west border which is toward the top of the hills has a road as its border. Some of this property is steep, but has plenty of trails and benches for stands. To get to the property there is a shared access road/ right of way (.2 mile).
